All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. All promotions are time-limited and subject to availability. pka75 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
All games available on pka75 — including live casino tables, video slots, bingo rooms, sports betting markets and esports — are governed by the rules of the individual game or market as displayed within the game or betting interface.
All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, T20 international and football markets, are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition or authority. In the event of a dispute about a result, the decision of pka75 — based on the relevant official result — is final. Bets placed on cancelled or abandoned fixtures are settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.
In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, pka75 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return stakes to the affected accounts. Winnings derived from a demonstrably erroneous game outcome are not payable.
If you believe a bet or game round has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 30 days of the event. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be reviewed. All final decisions on game outcomes and bet settlements are made by pka75 and are binding.

pka75 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach, pka75 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the balance is determined to have been accumulated through prohibited activity, it will be forfeited. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned through the original deposit method.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is formally closed.
